A tree is a living thing which has leaves, branches, a trunk that is wooden and roots. Some trees have fruits or flowers and are tall in height.

Trees are classified according to their features and characteristics. They can be classified as green and non green depending on the leaves. Some trees have leaves that are ever green while others are green and dry up in some seasons. Here is a list of different types of trees.

Deciduous trees: this one looses its green colour at a certain time in season. They include; black oak and cherry, plane tree, pawpaw among others.

Evergreen trees: where its leaves are always green despite the climatic condition of the season. They include; pine, cedar and the spruce trees.

A conifer tree: which leaves are needle like and are evergreen but bear cones. The examples are; bald cypress, pine, spruce and cedar. They have been in existence for more than 290 million years and are grown all over the world. They lead in producing renewable resources.

Flowering trees: produce flowers which create a pleasing scenery from the different colours of flowers. They include; pawpaw, cheery, mimosa tree among others.

Oak trees: are hard wood trees and have clustered flowers. They are mostly identified by the fruit they bear called acorn. They grow in wet or high low lands on mountain slopes. The flowers grow during spring shedding big quantities of pollen to the wind.

Christmas tress: originates from as early as the 17th century. It is believed that they were discovered by Martin Luther as he was walking in the forest. also in England, in 1841 Prince Albert gave queen Victoria a Christmas tree as a gift which later spread all over the world. They add beauty to the season since people add lots of decorations around them.

Ash trees: consist of seventy different types of species and are mostly valued for timber and appear in early spring. They produce single fruits called samaras and have long petals and produce sweet gum. Scientists have failed to get a permanent solution to a disease that kills the trees in a period of ten years.

Big trees: are those that grow up to a height of forty feet and provide shelter or protection. They include; sweet gum, oak among others.

Willow trees: grow in moist areas like river banks and grow very fast. Their leaves provide food for wild animals while others are used in making ornaments. Its wood is also used for different purposes. They have male and female flowers which lack sepals and petals.

Shade trees: are commonly known to provide shade and protection from direct sunlight. They have big leaves and many branches that are close to each other which enable the trees provide a good shade.

Olive trees: are known for their sweet fruits and wood. They have white flowers and have a small green fruit that turns blue or purple when ripe. However before the fruit can be eaten it is recommended that it is prepared well because it contains acid. The fruit is also used as a fat since oil is extracted from it.

So whatever the type of tree you choose to plant, you should look at the climate that will favour it according to its characteristics.

Would you be interested in understanding what keyword phrases Google think are the most relevant to your search query?  Would you like results returned to be up to date all the time?  How about being able to access the information for free?

And in addition what about if I mentioned that you could access all the info using nothing but your favorite browser  and a standard Google search?

Interested?  Good, lets get into the detail....

Firstly lets start with the basics and spend a moment discussing relevance, as this term is at the very core of Googles results returned from your searches.

Google wants to provide the searcher with the most accurate and relevant results that it can.  They are aware that if they fail to provide this information, it’s likely that searchers will no longer use their search engine completely, and no searchers means no Adwords revenues which is their primary source of income!

For a classic example of a search engine losing market share, spare a thought for AltaVista?  Back in the day it was the most used search engine, and almost overnight (not quite) lost the crown to Google because they lost the plot with relevance.

I doubt there is such a thing as search engine loyalty (at least not for the non Internet Marketing search engine person).  If a better alternative comes along, the average user will just start using that search engine.

Trust me when I say Google are very conscious of this, and put enormous thought and manpower into making sure that when you use Google, the results returned are completely related to your search term.

Google need to keep the everyday searcher happy so that they come back to Google again and again.

Web masters have, of course located ways to "game" Google in the past, so that their own web pages come up instead of what should be the most relevant pages, and such tricks are still used in  modern times.

Usually these techniques are found by Google who is getting smarter at finding these types of hacks.

Google seems to get it right most of the time, and certainly more than the other major search engines at this point in time.

Ok so given that Google is currently returning the most relevant results and has the largest user base when compared to any other search engine, and that its obvious that their primary mission is information relevance to their searchers, doesn't it make sense to use Googles search results and be using this information more when conducting keyword research?

For example lets say your searching for the keyword phrase web traffic

When I typed in keyword phrase into google, I got a list of current pages that Google believe are the most relevance to that search term (along with a host of ads).

But in additional to these results at the bottom of the page they also provide (and here is the key)....

Searches RELATED to: increase site traffic (Their words).

Hmm interesting a list of keywords that Google think are relevant to my search.

Google actually display to you the keywords that they believe are the most relevant to your search phrase.

Now if you do some research about this, there is lots of speculation on how google decide on what phrases are displayed, but no matter what you think I think it's certainly worth investigating further, isn’t it?

In my testing I found the keywords it came back with seemed to be terms heavily searched on.

In the case of web traffic, the search terms I got back were

increase web traffic
free web traffic
buy web traffic
google web traffic
web traffic report
web traffic generator
web traffic monitoring
measure web traffic

They all seem pretty related to my original search.

And you can drill down by clicking on a search term to get relevant keywords to that keyword.  For example I could have selected increase web traffic and received a list of related phrases that relate to that term.

This is getting interesting.   Before you discount this technique compared to using your favorite keyword research program, I would ask that you consider the following.

1)  The information from these searches are directly from Googles Server, so the data has not been corrupted in any way.

Many keyword tools do not use data from Google at all (Wordtracker) or combine information from many sources.  Here we have information direct from the source!

2) The information that comes back from Google is of course very up to date, unlike a lot of other keyword research data that can be months out of date.

I am not suggesting that you abandon all other keyword tools in favor of this technique, but I do recommend you check it out.  With all the latest whiz bang all conquering, overly hyped software tools that seemingly gets released everyday, sometimes it pays to take a step back and go back to just using a very simple method like searching in Google!

In my case, I actually use this technique in conjunction with other keyword tools, and get the best out of both worlds.  My 2 favorite keyword research tools currently are Nichebot and Market Samurai (google them).

I find the best use of this technique is when searching new niches, or when trying to establish the viability of entering a particular niche.

One last thing to remember is that unfortunately not all keywords are supported.  Sometimes there are no related search terms are provided for a given keyword, but given that it’s free I’m happy to overlook that oversight.

And occasionally I have to say the terms returned seem a little weird.  But this seems to be in more unusual niches that perhaps Google have not collected enough information for (my speculation).

Get out there and have a look at the related search function in Google.  The keywords returned might end up being very useful.
